My crops are not growing

Crops grow in real time, from 30 minutes to a few hours, and only while their soil is damp. Stand beside one with empty hands and the hint card tells you: "Thirsty" means it needs the watering can, "Ready in about 36 min" means it is on its way. Rain waters the whole field.

My hen will not leave the coop door

Animals keep close to their door when it rains in the game, and go in for the night at six. They roam again when it clears.

The shop will not sell to me

The Corner Shop is open from 08:00 to 22:00 by your phone's clock.

Where are my photos?

Open the Files app, then On My iPhone, YarnBrook, photos. From there you can share a picture or save it to Photos.

How do I start again, or delete my data?

Everything is stored on your phone. Deleting the app deletes your save and your photos. Nothing is kept anywhere else.

What does it cost?

YarnBrook is free to download and your first seven days of play are free. After that, one payment unlocks the whole game for good. There is no subscription and nothing else for sale. You can unlock early at any time: Menu, Settings, Unlock the full game.

I bought the full game and it is locked again

Open the unlock card (or Menu, Settings, Unlock the full game) and press Restore purchase. Use the same Apple Account you bought it with. This also brings the full game back after you reinstall or move to a new iPhone. Your purchase is kept by Apple, not by the app, so it is never lost with your save.

Can I have a refund?

Purchases are made through Apple, and Apple handles refunds: go to reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in and choose the purchase.

The text is too small

Menu, Settings has a text size and a button size. Left-handed controls are there too.
